Brilliant shop with amazing customer service. I purchased a watch for my partners birthday, having been recommended to Black Bough by a colleague. The customer service I received from start to finish was second to none, not to mention the beautiful watch I was in receipt of. Both Adam and Alex are clearly passionate about what they do and are very knowledgeable. Even when I had a small problem with the watch - to be expected when you buy 70 year old watch (!) the whole process was slick, repaired and returned to me swiftly and all at no additional cost.Couldn't speak more highly of this shop and will definitely be recommending to others!

An interesting shop with some beautiful and expensive time pieces. I showed interest in a particular watch seen in the window and was helped by a polite and cautious lady who showed me to the counter as there had clearly been security issues. I was handed the watch (a 1968 Seamaster Cosmos) and proceeded to wind and listen to see how tidy this was. On the surface I liked it a lot, but looks can be deceiving, this is an old watch! I was told to be careful as I might over wind the watch pleeeeease........If youre going to exhibit beautiful and expensive old watches at least train your staff. If youre showing videos then please sell me more than its features..... I could see this for myself. I want to know whos restored it and the time and love thats gone into it. Disappointed was an understatement. Enthusiasm is infectious and there was plenty to be enthusiastic about but at 800 quid I want someone with knowledge on the shop floor!
