Had an issue with my bike which was provided by an overseas company. Contacted Epic and spoke to Lincoln who without hesitation said yes we'd sort it. Parts were ordered, I was kept informed all the way though by the Epic team and within 24 hours my bike was back on the road. Cannot fault them absolutely excellent service.
I've now bought 2 Cannondales from Epic (Super6 in 2015 & Synapse disc in 2017). Both great bikes at a great price, and very pleasant & helpful staff. They modified the Synapse to SRAM Force at no extra cost (apart from difference in cost price between what they took off & then added). Overall a very good experience.

Simply the best bike shop with the best customer support in the UK. I brought my first bike from Epic over 3 years ago and chose them purely based on their excellent reputation for comprehensive bike fitting. I live nearly 2 hours from their shop but the inconvenience of this distance has been far outweighed by Epic's excellent customer support. I now have 3 bikes from Epic as well as lots of custom upgrades, the guys are great especially the workshop team of Tom, Lincoln and Ashley who always try and fit you in and give you and your bike as much time as required all at a very reasonable price.The shop will strive to give you a good deal and their pricing and upgrades are very competitive. With such great service and professional care and aftercare you'd be bonkers to buy a bike online or go to a mainstream franchise dealer.
High end tech with old school customer service. I was in the area on holiday and needed some help swapping a chain and Chris and the team were only too happy to help for only a nominal fee. I then spent a very pleasant half an hour admiring their excellent product range of bikes, kit and components. An extremely well thought out shop, with great people and a great ethos - I will be returning as soon as possible.
