What a place, forget the review by SAS (notice they are hiding their identity). From Tracy on the front desk onward the experience I just had with my Lexus's MOT was nothing short of blissful. I cannot remember the last time I thought a garage went the extra mile but these guys do. They identified about 7 niggles that failed the car - always a worry as the temptation for the garage to buy all those shiny new parts at your expense normally proves too much. As it was Luke rang as he could find no reason why the traction control light was on through the diagnostic so0 asked if I could help. I wasn't much but behold 15 minutes later he rang to say he'd done more research online and found out it had only been the brake fluid just touching the lower level switch. And then he said it was all fixed and I asked the question we all dread how much. Discounted MOT at 35, one hour labour to fix everything and....a pair of windscreen wipers. You can now count me as an evangelist for this modern garage wi9th old fashioned values.
Been using this garage for about 4 years and last 2 years been not good at all. My old car they tired say head lights had be renewed I cleaned them and it's was ok they just try get extras out of you the lights were fine.... them recently trying say I headlight was loose so I tried to move it in front of the guy and it didn't move at all solid! Only when bonnet was open did it have slight play. Bonnet down no moment at all... then tried saying have you glue it sir....I've never tried glue anything on my car....there's no reason open a bonnet for MOT I've looked up on kwik fit MOT guide says nothing about going under a bonnet.... They try make problems to make money.. will never use this garage again.. I have family in ludlow and clee hills will also make sure they don't has well... reception staff are fine just MOT people try it on....AVOID
