Unfriendly, patronising and curt, if I could rate this practice any lower than one star I would.
Fantastic , both my partner and myself have moved to the area and have had a great experience with this practice.
I paid privately for an exam. Asked to arrive earlier as paperwork needed to be filled out as per usual. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. No apologies, no explanations. The whole visit ended up being an hour and twenty minutes. I'll have follow up treatment but after that I'll find another dentist. Horrible.
Very Disappointed Because i Have Been To MyDentist Ludlow Many Times But Today They Were All In Bad Moods Because A Dentist Failed To Turn Up. At This Point They Were Getting Frustrated Because More And More People Were Turning Up. While I Was Waiting To See The Dentist They Were Talking About Me And How I Was Apparently Late When I Wasn't. Then A Few Minutes Later They Told Me To Come Into Reception And Then Not Even Trying To Keep It Quiet They Told Me That I Was Late For My Appointment When I Wasn't Because My Appointment Was At 20 To 9 Not Half past 8. And What Annoyed Me Was They Would Of Had This Information In The First Place So If I Was Late Why Didn't They Tell Me That When I First Came In, Instead Of Wasting Fuel And Half An Hour Of My Time.
Highly recommended really looked after my wife when she needed it. Thank you
