Staff are unfairly helpful, great customer service, always help my parents with compost and coal. Amazing selection of items
Customer service was disgraceful. Woman who works in there very rude think she need to find another job clearly not happy there as she said go another staff member if the customer wants it they have to go get it poor rude staff . Will never stop foot back in there again..

In a way like a old fashion ironmongers, but not only hardwares. There is garden, motoring, household, toys, etc. Some of it is cheap so beware, but on the whole it's well worth a visit.
Always very helpful but do not sell just vileda mop heads they say they cannot get them why not? It seems a common problem!.
