Pizza is ok chips are not good. Communication was not good though, despite ordering 2 pizzas (confirmed as on loud speaker with others present in the room) only 1 pizza turned up, even though it was clear as day I had ordered 2. When I called back I received a very negative customer response and was told they would deliver another as a 1 of, and this was not normal etc... FFS YOU made the mistake not me! Not enough competition in Ludlow has made this a very substandard company. Needs an attitude change. I will probably order again but with little choice in the area it's not through choice. Just to add I worked out as well I was overcharged for my pizza - I ordered 2, paid for 2 got one then had to pay for another. Just be carefully with these guys they seem to be a bit untrustworthy with deliveries. Only pay by cash and refuse incorrect deliveries
