Really sad this wasn't a great experience, I had booked, what was claimed on the website and I confirmed over the phone, a 90 minute facial and massage. The whole thing felt rushed, I was left alone for extended periods of time and all in all I doubt I was actually on the table for a full 60 minutes, let alone 90. As well as that I believe the therapist only used serum and not moisturiser on my face as an hour after leaving my face felt extremely sore and dry, I used oil to help it recover. Neither a good service or a good facial, very disappointed.
A lovely atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff. Jade has done a fantastic job on my nails today. She really cared that I was happy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and see you again soon.
