I was highly recommended Quintessential when I moved to Ludlow by work colleagues and friends. My hair was in the worst state it's ever been after going to another salon. I made an appointment with Helen who was very honest and explained it would take time to get my hair into a reasonable style but eventually she would get it back to how it used to be. It's been a few months now and I'm so happy with the results. I've even had colours put in by Nicole who did an excellent job for my daughters wedding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon.
