Handily placed next to Ludlow Castle. Simple lunch menu of wholesome food with yummy cakes to follow. Grandchildren and I loved it.
Top notch cream tea. The scones were delicious and fresh. The helping of clotted cream was a bit stingy but not enough to knock off a star. The location is also lovely being in the grounds of the castle. My only complaint is that I was asked whether I wanted tea or coffee with my cream tea. A cream coffee should not be a thing in England.
Brilliant food plenty of fillings in the sandwiches well worth a visit. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will be going again. Am not a tourist live in the area but first visit to this tearoom.
