Certainly wouldn't return again as I have never felt so unwelcome. Table booked for 7pm, order taken and food turns up at gone 8.30 (it wasn't even busy). We waited for service for dessert but nobody came. Instead they just cleaned up around us. We decided not to bother with it and asked for the bill (needless to say, no tip). Thank goodness for the great company . Would not recommend.
Shocked by Zero customer care and unfriendly staff. My daughter asked for a dish without nuts as she is allergic. They forgot and gave her a dish with nuts . She reacted and couldn't eat as her throat swelled up and she was in pain. Given another dish without nuts when we didn't ask for it and unbelievably charged for both. When I said I wasn't prepared to pay for them, I was rebuked for being rude. No one apologised to my daughter or asked if she was OK until I pointed this out at the end. Had taken my Australian visitors there specially, but left embarrassed about how we were treated. Dreadful.
